Returns Policy

 

Please note that bespoke framing cannot be returned unless faulty. Artworks purchased online from towngalleryart.com (including artworks framed in our standard options) are covered by this Returns Policy.

If you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us (by email or post, quoting your order number) within 14 days from the day you receive the artwork. You then have 14 days from the date of your notification to return the item to us. All returns must be made at your own cost using the original packaging. If delivery was made by us, please contact us to arrange collection and discuss cost.

Within 14 days of receipt of your return, we will issue a refund of the original order cost (purchase price plus delivery cost), provided that the returned item reaches us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. If your return reaches us damaged we will assess the cost of repair to its original condition, if possible, and will adjust the value of your refund accordingly.

Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Your claim should state the nature of the shortage or defect and include your order number. If you make a valid claim in respect of shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we will make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge, or make a refund. In addition, for defective goods, we will refund you for reasonable costs incurred in returning the goods to us, but we shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify us in accordance with this policy, we shall have no liability for any defects. Your statutory rights are not affected.
